Prime Lofts, Lifesaver Lofts

The five-story prewar loft-style luxury Manhattan condo building in West Chelsea called is called Lifesaver Lofts for a reason, though maybe not the one you think. Originally built in 1910, this building was the site where Mint Products Company manufactured Life Savers mint candy from 1913 to 1916. It has been reconstructed as a condo building filled with expansive loft-style condos for sale, as well as two luxury penthouses on the top floor.
